To reach Guimaras, one can either take a flight from Manila or other origins to Iloilo International Airport, or opt for a ship docking at Iloilo Port. Once in Iloilo City, travelers can take a pumpboat ride from Parola Wharf or a Roll-on-Roll-off (RORO) boat from Lapuz to reach Guimaras. Other routes to the island include a pumpboat ride from Pulupandan and/or Valladolid in Negros Occidental to Sibunag, San Lorenzo, and Nueva Valencia.
